Je l\u2019ai maltrait\u00e9.<br data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1150\" \/>Un jour, je me suis regard\u00e9 dans un miroir et j\u2019ai eu un \u00e9lectrochoc.<br data-start=\"1219\" data-end=\"1222\" \/>J\u2019\u00e9tais devenu un tonneau, un gros baril. <strong data-start=\"1264\" data-end=\"1297\">Je ne l\u2019avais pas vu arriver.<\/strong><br data-start=\"1297\" data-end=\"1300\" \/>Mais j\u2019\u00e9tais devenu ob\u00e8se.<\/p><p data-start=\"1330\" data-end=\"1616\">Avec le temps, apr\u00e8s m\u2019\u00eatre lib\u00e9r\u00e9 d\u2019une addiction, j\u2019\u00e9tais pass\u00e9 \u00e0 une autre : la nourriture.<br data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1431\" \/>Je mangeais pour combler un manque. <strong data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1505\">Je mangeais pour ne pas ressentir.<\/strong><br data-start=\"1505\" data-end=\"1508\" \/>Je me fuyais dans le travail, et tout au long de la journ\u00e9e, je mangeais sans m\u00eame m\u2019en rendre compte.<\/p><p data-start=\"1618\" data-end=\"1833\">Jusqu\u2019au jour o\u00f9 mon corps s\u2019est rappel\u00e9 \u00e0 moi.<br data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"1668\" \/>Mon estomac a cri\u00e9 qu\u2019il n\u2019en pouvait plus. Mes jambes gonflaient. J\u2019\u00e9tais essouffl\u00e9 apr\u00e8s 200 m\u00e8tres de marche&#8230; Moi qui avais travers\u00e9 la France \u00e0 pied<strong data-start=\"1787\" data-end=\"1831\">.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1835\" data-end=\"2007\">Alors, j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 changer. <strong data-start=\"1867\" data-end=\"1885\">Petit \u00e0 petit.<\/strong><br data-start=\"1885\" data-end=\"1888\" \/>J\u2019ai ajust\u00e9 mes rythmes, ma nourriture, <strong data-start=\"1928\" data-end=\"1965\">j\u2019ai r\u00e9appris \u00e0 \u00e9couter mon corps<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1966\" data-end=\"1969\" \/>Et j\u2019ai retrouv\u00e9 un poids plus sain.<\/p><p data-start=\"2009\" data-end=\"2199\"><strong data-start=\"2009\" data-end=\"2050\">Non sans efforts. Non sans vigilance.<\/strong><br data-start=\"2050\" data-end=\"2053\" \/>Aujourd\u2019hui encore, <strong data-start=\"2073\" data-end=\"2100\">je dois rester attentif<\/strong>, ne pas retomber dans les automatismes.<br data-start=\"2140\" data-end=\"2143\" \/>La conscience du corps est un apprentissage permanent.<\/p><p data-start=\"2201\" data-end=\"2304\">Mais une question me hantait :<br data-start=\"2231\" data-end=\"2234\" \/>Comment ai-je pu en arriver l\u00e0 sans presque m\u2019en rendre compte ?<\/p><p data-start=\"2306\" data-end=\"2450\">C\u2019est ainsi qu\u2019a commenc\u00e9 ma r\u00e9flexion sur <strong data-start=\"2349\" data-end=\"2373\">ma relation au corps<\/strong>, et plus largement, sur <strong data-start=\"2398\" data-end=\"2447\">notre rapport au corps en tant qu\u2019Occidentaux<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-06a013a elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2528\" data-end=\"2698\">Se couper de son corps, c\u2019est aussi se couper de son \u00e9nergie vitale.<br data-start=\"2596\" data-end=\"2599\" \/>Parfois, c\u2019est se priver de sa sensualit\u00e9, de son \u00e9lan naturel, de son <strong data-start=\"2670\" data-end=\"2695\">attractivit\u00e9 sexuelle<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"2700\" data-end=\"2946\">Je l\u2019apprends en tant qu\u2019accompagnant.<br data-start=\"2738\" data-end=\"2741\" \/><strong data-start=\"2741\" data-end=\"2820\">Certaines femmes cherchent \u00e0 se rendre invisibles, \u00e0 effacer leur f\u00e9minit\u00e9.<\/strong><br data-start=\"2820\" data-end=\"2823\" \/>Apr\u00e8s des violences sexuelles, des \u00e9v\u00e8nements traumatisants. <strong>S<\/strong><strong data-start=\"2854\" data-end=\"2912\">e cacher sous les couches devient un m\u00e9canisme de survie.<\/strong><br data-start=\"2912\" data-end=\"2915\" \/>Pour \u00e9viter d\u2019\u00eatre une proie.<\/p><p data-start=\"2948\" data-end=\"3103\">Cela m\u2019a profond\u00e9ment marqu\u00e9.<br data-start=\"2977\" data-end=\"2980\" \/>Je n\u2019avais pas mesur\u00e9 l\u2019ampleur des violences sexuelles, ni <strong data-start=\"3040\" data-end=\"3101\">les s\u00e9quelles qu\u2019elles laissent sur le corps, sur l\u2019\u00eatre.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"3105\" data-end=\"3243\">Je crois qu\u2019il y a un <strong data-start=\"3127\" data-end=\"3185\">v\u00e9ritable questionnement de fond \u00e0 mener sur ce sujet.<\/strong><br data-start=\"3185\" data-end=\"3188\" \/>Et, sinc\u00e8rement, cela me questionne beaucoup.<\/p><p data-start=\"4886\" data-end=\"5025\">\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e7e374b elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"e7e374b\" aux thermes en Allemagne. L\u00e0-bas, dans les espaces saunas, la nudit\u00e9 est de mise.<br data-start=\"3355\" data-end=\"3358\" \/>Au d\u00e9but, j\u2019\u00e9tais g\u00ean\u00e9. Puis, j\u2019ai appr\u00e9ci\u00e9.<br data-start=\"3402\" data-end=\"3405\" \/><strong data-start=\"3405\" data-end=\"3451\">Dans ces espaces, la nudit\u00e9 est naturelle.<\/strong> Rien de malsain, au contraire.<\/p><p data-start=\"3486\" data-end=\"3517\">Mais cela m\u2019a fait r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir.<\/p><p data-start=\"3519\" data-end=\"3804\">Nous vivons dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 <strong data-start=\"3548\" data-end=\"3611\">qui expose toujours plus le corps, tout en le rendant tabou<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"3612\" data-end=\"3615\" \/><strong data-start=\"3615\" data-end=\"3644\">Surtout celui des femmes.<\/strong><br data-start=\"3644\" data-end=\"3647\" \/>D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, une hypersexualisation omnipr\u00e9sente. De l\u2019autre, un puritanisme qui persiste, sournois, rigide.<br data-start=\"3761\" data-end=\"3764\" \/>Un paradoxe qui me semble <strong data-start=\"3790\" data-end=\"3802\">malsain.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"4886\" data-end=\"5025\">\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c9e4c24 class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"3863\" data-end=\"3977\">Je m\u2019\u00e9loigne du sujet\u2026 ou peut-\u00eatre pas tant que \u00e7a.<br data-start=\"3919\" data-end=\"3922\" \/>Parce que tout cela parle de <strong data-start=\"3951\" data-end=\"3974\">notre lien au corps<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"3979\" data-end=\"4075\">Quand j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert l\u2019hypnose et la psychologie, j\u2019ai compris ce qu\u2019il se passait en moi.<\/p><p data-start=\"4077\" data-end=\"4100\"><strong data-start=\"4077\" data-end=\"4098\">J\u2019\u00e9tais dissoci\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"4102\" data-end=\"4275\">Mon corps \u00e9tait l\u00e0, mais <strong data-start=\"4127\" data-end=\"4151\">je n\u2019y habitais plus<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"4152\" data-end=\"4155\" \/>Pour me prot\u00e9ger, <strong data-start=\"4173\" data-end=\"4230\">je m\u2019\u00e9tais coup\u00e9 de mes sensations, de mes ressentis, de mes \u00e9motions.<\/strong><br data-start=\"4230\" data-end=\"4233\" \/>Comme si j\u2019\u00e9tais <strong data-start=\"4250\" data-end=\"4273\">\u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de moi-m\u00eame.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"4277\" data-end=\"4489\">Mais le corps, lui, n\u2019oublie pas.<br data-start=\"4314\" data-end=\"4317\" \/><strong data-start=\"4317\" data-end=\"4398\">Les m\u00e9moires du pass\u00e9 s\u2019y inscrivent, et un jour, elles se rappellent \u00e0 nous.<\/strong><br data-start=\"4398\" data-end=\"4401\" \/>Tous mes processus addictifs n\u2019avaient qu\u2019un but :<br data-start=\"4451\" data-end=\"4454\" \/><strong data-start=\"4454\" data-end=\"4487\">m\u2019\u00e9loigner de ces sensations.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"4491\" data-end=\"4547\">Tenter d\u2019apaiser un corps qui criait son histoire.<\/p><p data-start=\"4491\" data-end=\"4547\"><strong data-start=\"4508\" data-end=\"4545\">Ecouter les \u00e9motions qui s&rsquo;y engrammaient.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cde6c1e e-flex e-con-boxed Se reconnecter \u00e0 ses sensations permet de mieux r\u00e9guler ses \u00e9motions, d\u2019apaiser le stress et de retrouver une pr\u00e9sence plus ancr\u00e9e dans l\u2019instant. C\u2019est transformer notre exp\u00e9rience de la vie, devenir des \u00eatres qui pensent et qui ressentent. Peut-\u00eatre est-ce un pas n\u00e9cessaire vers plus d\u2019\u00e9quilibre.<\/p><p><strong>Notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9, marqu\u00e9e par son histoire philosophique et scientifique, a depuis quelques si\u00e8cles valoris\u00e9 le \u201cJe pense, donc je suis\u201d cart\u00e9sien.<\/strong> Le rationalisme nous a pouss\u00e9s \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier la pens\u00e9e analytique, ce qui a permis d\u2019\u00e9normes avanc\u00e9es. Aujourd\u2019hui, de nombreux chercheurs et auteurs, comme Antonio Damasio dans <i>L\u2019Erreur de Descartes<\/i>, nous invitent \u00e0 r\u00e9int\u00e9grer le corps dans notre fa\u00e7on d\u2019\u00eatre et de percevoir. <strong>Si la science moderne nous pousse \u00e0 reconsid\u00e9rer l\u2019importance du corps, cette compr\u00e9hension rejoint en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des savoirs ancestraux,<\/strong> o\u00f9 le corps \u00e9tait per\u00e7u comme un pilier central de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience humaine. Les traditions anciennes et les spiritualit\u00e9s insistent \u00e9galement sur l\u2019importance du corps, non comme un simple v\u00e9hicule de l\u2019esprit, mais comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment fondamental de notre \u00eatre.<\/p><p>Le d\u00e9fi actuel n\u2019est pas, je crois, d\u2019opposer pens\u00e9e rationnelle et ressenti corporel, mais de r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrer ces deux dimensions. Celle qui nous a fa\u00e7onn\u00e9s, qui nous fait respirer, bouger, ressentir ?<\/p><p>Le corps n\u2019est pas qu\u2019une enveloppe. Il est l\u2019alliance du vivant, de la mati\u00e8re et de la conscience.<\/p><p>Le corps est l\u2019enfant de la Terre et du Ciel. Ce n\u2019est pas qu\u2019une image po\u00e9tique,<strong> c\u2019est un fait. Toute la mati\u00e8re est n\u00e9e des \u00e9toiles. La vie s\u2019est accroch\u00e9e \u00e0 la pierre et,<\/strong> au fil de 4 milliards d\u2019ann\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e9volution, elle a donn\u00e9 naissance \u00e0 cette Terre magnifique et foisonnante, \u00e0 tout son \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me, et \u00e0 nous, ici, au c\u0153ur de tout cela.<\/p><p><strong>Sans le corps, point d\u2019esprit. Sans l\u2019esprit, point de vie. Sans la vie point de conscience,&#8230;Le corps est la rencontre, la fusion, l\u2019alliance.<\/strong><\/p><p>Au-del\u00e0 de r\u00e9guler les \u00e9motions, porter attention au corps est un mouvement essentiel et enrichissant.
